How long does a domain transfer take?
Domain name transfers take up to 3 days. If your domain is not active in 3 days, please contact the site where you bought the name and ask them to move your site to our servers. The name server information is below. Only the Admin and the tech contact of your site can move your dns to our servers.

How long does a new domain take?
New domain registrations take up to 2 working days. You will know that your domain name is active by typing your URL (your new domain name) and you see your site on the internet.
What about refunds?
Refunds are only available within the first 30 days. If you are not happy, we will give you a refund and there will be no refunds on new domain names.
How do I get my email to work?

Do you offer pointer sites?
Yes, for a one time $4.00 set up fee we will point a site to yours. You can order them through the support form.
How can you sell domain names so cheap?
We do not make money off of selling names. We are a host. We simply pass the discounts we receive from buying domain names in bulk to you.
Why was my site cancelled?
A cancelled site will most of the time be for payment problems. A cancelled site will have a statement asking you to contact your host.
Why was my site deleted?
Web sites that spam, hacking, credit card fraud or consist of adult content, are deleted with no warning. ***NOTE: We also state in our user policies that we can refuse service to anyone for any reason.
What do I do when my site is down?
Our techs are page by our systems when they go down. We know when the sites go down. Our systems will re boot after 10 mins of down time if they do not re boot they page us to the machine. Why is my site up and not DynamicWebSpace or the other way around? Our sites are all on different machines. Each machine has about 250 sites. If one machine is down then it does not affect others.
What do I do when my email quits working?
The system is busy, wait a few minutes and try again
Do I have a contract with you? How long do I have to stay?
Contracts are month to month unless you have something different in writing from us. If you pay by more than one month and we remove your account for so reason we will prorate and refund your card.
Do you install cgi scripts for me?
Yes, we will install cgi scripts for a flat rate of $25.00 per hour.
